Notes:
- EU 16.7% renewable energy in 2015
- note this is all energy, not just electricity
- seems to be on track for 20% by 2020
- this is as of 2015; why does this data take almost 15 months to be published?
- UK is a laggard; their 2020 target is 15% not EU's 20%. And that was before Brexit!
